As a potential sponsor, you are cordially invited to participate in the Nuptial Essentials Association of Wedding Professionals Annual Conference in Austin, Texas from October 25-27, 2009 at the lavish and historical Driskill Hotel in downtown Austin. You can participate in any convention, why should you choose this one? Austin is a destination wedding and event site for brides and by attending and/or participating in this convention, you will have the unique opportunity to meet Austin wedding and business professionals and enjoy some Texas hospitality. This will allow you to add Austin, Texas to your resume of destinations to offer to your client.
Why should I sponsor a convention event?
It is understood that this is a recession and money is not as free flowing as it has been in the past. However, now is not the time to hold back on advertising and promotion of your business. This convention will be truly unique. It is a time for you to showcase your business and assist in bringing business to the Austin, Texas and hill country area. You will have the opportunity for networking with not only business professionals but potential clients. You have the opportunity to co sponsor with other companies if you choose to do so. For example, if you would like to have five businesses sponsor the “Chic” sponsorship package, you have the opportunity to experience the rewards of doing that. Sponsors do not have to be directly affiliated with the wedding and event industry. In the event that sponsors are not associated with the event industry, the desire of sponsorship should be to promote Austin as a destination and support all the small businesses that are participating in this convention.

Your name will be reaching far greater heights than if you did this on your own. In addition to the amenities listed in your sponsorship package, when you use your time wisely and effectively at the convention, you will have the opportunity to experience the following:
